Return & Refund Policy

At Echoliv, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your new Crossbody Bag, Backpack, Tote Bag and Shoulder Bags  as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied, our 40-day return policy is designed to be as seamless as our designs.

Policy Highlights

  • Return Window: 40 days from the date of delivery.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any hidden processing fees.

  • Refund Method: Credits are issued to your original payment method.

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition with all security tags attached.

1. Return Eligibility

To ensure a successful return, your bag must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused Condition: The bag must be unworn, without scratches on the leather or hardware, and free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).

  • Original Packaging: Must include the original dust bag, authenticity cards, and protective stuffing to maintain the bag's shape during transit.

  • Non-Returnable: Final Sale items and customized/personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

2. The Return Process

  • Step 1: Request Authorization Email support@echoliv.com with your Order Number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours.

  • Step 2: Pack Securely Place the bag in its dust bag and original shipping box. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Step 3: Ship Back Ship the package to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable service (UPS/FedEx) as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We do not deduct any fees from your refund; you receive the full purchase price back.

  • Our Responsibility: If the item is defective (e.g., broken zipper, hardware malfunction) or we sent the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card) within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different color or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to secure your new favorite Echoliv bag!
